Physical Therapy in Crestwood Missouri

Ted graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy in 2000. He has been practicing in an outpatient setting ever since. Ted has five published research articles on various subjects, and is currently a primary investigator at the SLU Translational Sports Injury Prevention Lab where he is currently participating in research on pickleball injuries, and strategies to prevent injuries in youth sports. Ted is comfortable seeing a wide variety of complex musculoskeletal and chronic pain diagnoses.

Ted has been married to his wife Megan for 23 years, and they have three daughters: Callie, Sam, and Lily. He enjoys playing pickleball, watching his girls do musical theater and sports, and is a former Guinness World Record Holder!

Julie was born and raised in Kirkwood, MO and attended highschool at St. Joseph's Academy. From there she went to Clarke College in Dubuque, Iowa where she played tennis, soccer and softball. She graduated with her undergrad in 2000 with a Balchelor in Art and Human Health Science and then in 2002 with a Masters in Physical Therapy. She has been practicing in the St. Louis area since then and joined Peak Sport and Spine in 2019 at the Crestwood location. Julie has an interest in endurance athletes as she herself is one as well. She has competed in 1 ultra marathon, 28 marathons and 40+ half marathons. She enjoys spending time with her two children Avery(9) and Cooper (7) as well as running, working out, traveling and photography. She has a special interest in treating lower extremity issues and has become an expert in treating hip scope patients. She is a certified athletic trainer and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. She is proficient in performing gait analysis as well as being Astym certified and dry needling certified.

Ryan joined Peak Sport and Spine in 2022 and has been treating at the Crestwood since his last clinical rotation. He earned his Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant from St. Louis College of Health Careers in 2022. He enjoys working with athletes and runners, getting them back to their sport. He has been married to his wife since 2020 and has twin daughters. In his spare time, he enjoys running, fishing, and playing golf.

With eight years of hands-on experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant, I am passionate about all aspects of physical therapy, particularly focusing on balance and fall prevention. Throughout my career, I have dedicated myself to helping patients regain their mobility and confidence, ensuring they lead healthier, more active lives.

Outside the clinic, I enjoy a variety of hobbies that keep me busy and engaged. Gardening allows me to connect with nature and cultivate beauty, while home improvement projects give me a sense of accomplishment and creativity. When I'm not working on a new project or tending to my garden, I love walking my dogs, which provides both exercise and joy.

Meet Brian, a dedicated Physical Therapist with a heart deeply rooted in the heartland, born and raised on a farm just outside Red Bud, Illinois. Graduating from Maryville University, Brian embarked on a fulfilling career in physical therapy that has spanned over three decades, commencing in 1987.

Beyond the clinic, Brian finds solace and joy in the great outdoors, indulging in his passion for hunting amidst the serene landscapes of Illinois. Yet, his greatest joy lies in spending quality time with his beloved family, cherishing each moment shared together.
